I’m a published author, spoken word finalist, featured artist, and I’ve competed nationally and internationally. I’ve had the privilege of performing on meaningful stages in powerful spaces, and of collaborating with artists across disciplines and cities.

NOT YOUR GIRL (short film)
My love of storytelling, imagination and poetry come together for my debut short film. Co-directed with Asia Lis, NYG is awarded the Audience Choice award as part of UnShushed Film Festival, (MD, 2025) Paris Royale Film Festival and London Film Festival.

about my
I’ve always been drawn to words — reading them, writing them, shaping them into stories of my own. What began as a childhood love grew into a lifelong practice rooted in curiosity, emotion, and presence.
Today, my work lives across the page and on the stage. I write poetry and creative nonfiction, perform spoken word, host open mics, and collaborate across mediums.

I write to
To make sense of what’s lived in the body and felt in the mind.
To slow moments down long enough to understand them.
I believe creativity and art are the dances of the mind — a way to process, express, and transform what we carry.
Writing is how I stay in conversation with myself and the world around me.

Alongside formal study, my practice has been shaped by performance, competition, collaboration, and community.
